Carl Orff's 'Carmina Burana', Saturday, 1 September in the Dunedin Town Hall

"A truly outstanding and exhilarating performance from all." wrote the reviewer, Elizabeth Bouman, of the 200 strong forces of Dunedin Symphony Orchestra and combined choirs under the baton of Maestro Marc Taddei - City Choir Dunedin, the Southern Youth Choir, the Southern Children’s Choir, Fairfield School Choir and the three soloists, soprano Natasha Wilson, tenor Henry Choo and baritone James Clayton.

For the 45 singers of the Southern Youth Choir, this was a tremendous opportunity and an unforgettable experience to sing a major orchestral choral work to a very large and enthusiastic Dunedin audience.
